At Bonifield Law, we are dedicated to the protection of personal property rights, as well as all civil rights protected by both the United States and the Florida Constitutions. Our practice focuses largely on eminent domain protection, but also on advocacy of all property rights as a fundamental basis to any democratic society. Our practice areas also include property transactions, as well as civil and commercial transactions and litigation. Throughout her years of practicing law, Mrs. Bonifield has appeared before federal and state courts, mediators and administrative authorities in a variety of capacities throughout southwest Florida, including Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Lee, Charlotte, Orange, and Collier counties. Our clients range from individual residents to nationwide corporations and we have advocated their rights with equal vigor throughout the state of Florida.
